What is your return policy?

We offer a full refund or an exchange (on non-supportive gear) within 30 days of receipt of your order, unless the items were custom-produced. We will do a full exchange (on non-supportive gear) within 60 days. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on customized, worn, dirty, sweaty, or used items. There is a 15% restocking fee on supportive gear returned in like new shape. And no, you cannot "borrow" Supportive Gear for a Powerlifting Meet and then return it for a refund...but we will do everything within our power to exchange for the correct fit!
