How do I return something for exchange/credit?

No return authorization is needed; simply return new/unwashed goods to: House of Pain

You may exchange for any HOP item in stock. No refunds on Custom-Embroidered items. If you want a refund; include the number of the Credit Card originally used for your order. Be sure to indicate who you are, where/how you purchased item, and where we need to return any replacement item. Used powerlifting Gear may NOT be returned, and custom-cut P/L gear may not be returned - but clean/new P/L gear can be returned for size exchanges.
