AWARDS
1st to 5th place in each weight class and division, first thru third in the team division. Best lifter awards to any event that has 10 lifters or more.

Divisions include- Teen 13-16 & 17-19 Junior 20-23, Open, Subs 35-39, Masters in 10 year increments and Novice. The junior and sub master divisions are not offered in the Lifetime league.

SPECTATOR ADMISSION

ENTRY FEE
$90 per entry $50 for each additional divisions, TEAM FEE- $90.00 (NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES)

If you entry is not sent out by the deadline date or your fees are not sent in with your form or your just a late entry you will be charged a $20 late fee at the show. No exceptions! If you want to lift and you are late you must call to place your name on the meet roster. If you do not call you will not be allowed to lift. Cash only if you sign up on meet day.
MEMBERSHIP FEE
All lifters must be a member of the WNPF or WNPF Lifetime to compete. Cards can be purchased in advance or at the meet. Cash only on meet day. Card fees are $20- High School, $30- seniors and $40for all others.
Some event information
The rep contest consist of the men doing their bodyweight and the women doing half their bodyweight for reps. Powerlifting is for full meet lifters doing the squat, bench & deadlift for a total. Lifters can also lift in an event that they specialize in such as bench only, deadlift only, etc. You do not have to compete in all three events.

RAW- Singlet, Wraps and a belt.
Single ply- single ply shirts (poly or denim with the back closed) and deadlift suits single ply.
Multi Ply- double ply bench shirts (open back, denim or poly); Squat suits & briefs can be a total of 3 ply poly ONLY.
All lifters must have on a one piece suit or wrestling singlet unless you are in the powercurl shorts can be worn.
